HR interview over the phone, then a Zoom call with the VP of Product where we talked about product situations and conflicts. There was a take-home assignment, followed by a presentation at their office. The next step, which I didn't reach, was meeting the HR lead at their offices.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a good experience but felt like it dragged on for too long and was tiring. First, there was a call with HR, then a Zoom interview with the director of product. After that, I had a take-home assignment that took me three days to complete, which involved developing a new feature and suggesting improvements for the existing product. This was followed by a presentation in English to the product team and a Zoom interview with the VP of product. To wrap things up, I had a series of in-person interviews at the company's offices, lasting almost three consecutive hours all in one day. These included interviews with the R&D leader, HR, a product team member, and the director of product. A week after the final interview, I inquired about the status, only to be informed that I wasn't qualified. The people I met were really nice, and I enjoyed our conversations, but the lengthy process overshadowed the positive interactions.

  • Suggest two new features for the product, including relevant KPIs and basic wireframes.
