First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Yotpo.
Implementation Manager
The interview process is intense with three interviews, a case study and a presentation of that case study. Interview process was good until the last stage, where there was a clear conflict in the interviewers schedule. Meeting started 10 minutes late (tech glitch so thats fine), but meeting felt rushed with hard outs, one interviewer only able to give me 20 minutes of her time. Disappointing after the amount of time that is expected to be invested when doing the case study. I also did not get to ask follow up questions. While the process is long, the other interviews I had were great.
- What motivates you to join Yotpo?
Manager
I spoke with a recruiter over the phone, though she was late to our scheduled time. A lot of the questions felt repetitive, like she asked the same thing multiple ways. The questions didn't really connect to me as a candidate or my work history. The way she asked them felt a bit harsh and very canned. Plus, I got no info about the role or Yotpo itself. I'm pretty bummed about how it went; reading other reviews, it seems like others had a similar experience.
- Can you tell me about your non-negotiables?
Senior Manager
The process included 3 one-on-one rounds and then a presentation stage, after which I got the offer. It took 2 weeks total, but everyone was really nice and professional. It took that long because Yotpo really wanted to make sure I was a good fit both culturally and skill-wise.
- Tell me how your previous experience would apply to this role and what you could contribute.
- How would your past experience best transfer to the new role/ what I could bring to table.
