Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Yogurtland.
Shift Leader
It was easy, the questions were basic and to the point. Be prepared to talk about yourself. It lasts about 30 minutes, depending on how much you talk. They like to get to know you and would rather not have you being so serious and bland.
- If hired, what's one quality you'd bring that would benefit the team?
Shift Supervisor
I sat in the main store area for the interview, which felt a bit awkward with customers around. It was pretty relaxed though. They mainly wanted to know my availability and if I could drive. They also talked about expectations like the uniform and mentioned that because it's a supervisory role, I'd need to be able to work with and manage younger employees.
- What is your availability like?
- Do you possess a driver's license?
- Are you able to work with and manage younger employees?
Operations Manager
I had 3 interviews all at their office. I met with people of increasing responsibility. Everyone was super friendly and encouraging and seemed to really love working there. The brand is really popular in Orange County, and all my family and friends were excited for me to get a job there.
- What makes you want to work for this company?
- Tell me about a time you were most proud of in your career.
- What makes you the best candidate for this role?
