Team Member
They were interested in your availability and asked if you had other commitments. You mentioned you were in school and they were flexible with that. They explained the working hours.
- What is your weekly availability for work?
Front Desk Receptionist
The interview process was straightforward. It involved basic questions about my understanding of the job functions and my past and future aspirations. I felt quite at ease throughout the entire experience. I'd suggest this opportunity to a friend.
- What makes you want to be employed at this company?
Administrative Assistant
The interview experience wasn't great; it felt very rushed, like they were trying to hurry me along during the actual interview. The communication leading up to it was fine. I didn't get much information when I asked questions. I didn't get an offer, and I think the bad interview experience definitely affected my performance.
- Can you walk me through your previous work experience?
Cashier
I emailed the new manager and she sent me an application to print and bring in, setting up an interview a few days later. When I got there, there were eight other people for a group interview. The main challenge was answering questions without repeating what others said. A manager mentioned we'd hear that night about a second interview. Around 7 PM, I got a text to come in the next day for it. The following day, I went for the second interview and was told they'd be in touch. As I was leaving, a manager called me back, decided to hire me on the spot instead of making me wait, and gave me all the hiring info. I got a text that night at 9 PM with my training schedule, starting two days later.
- What one superpower would you choose and explain your reasoning?
- What makes you a better candidate than someone else?
- Can you answer some math problems and identify the 35th and 45th presidents?
