Applied online, got an email the next day to schedule a phone screen with a recruiter. The recruiter called within hours, giving an overview of the role. After some questions, an onsite interview was scheduled, which required a quick assessment beforehand. Onsite, I met the sales manager and his team, listened to a call for 20 minutes, and noted questions. Then, the sales manager and a sales executive interviewed me. They asked standard questions about how I found the role, my company knowledge, understanding of the position, and past experience, emphasizing their selectivity. Unexpectedly, I was asked to read a long script, which concluded the interview. I stumbled but was told it's fine as long as I can read it verbatim. The sales manager said someone would contact me about the interview. By early the next week, the recruiter called with an offer. The whole process took less than a week.

Yodle was hiring quite a bit, and they had an upcoming open house. I initially planned to attend, but decided to apply online first. A recruiter reached out to me, and we had a brief chat about the role. She then invited me for an in-person interview. During the visit, I observed a current sales rep making calls, as the job involves extensive cold calling. He was friendly, but the office was very noisy, with a gong ringing every time a sale was made. After this observation, I met with the recruiter for a conversation that was just okay. She scheduled me to meet with the hiring manager the following day. The next day, I met the hiring manager. He seemed laid-back and cool, and the interview consisted mostly of general questions and information exchange. He didn't appear particularly enthusiastic about his work. About a week later, I received an email stating they wouldn't be proceeding with my application. I was indifferent, as I didn't feel it was the right fit for me.

Had a super easy phone screen. Then at the real interview, I shadowed someone for about 20-30 minutes to see what their job is like, and then spent 30-40 minutes talking with two managers. It was a really chill and friendly chat. Even though it wasn't obvious then, this place hires pretty much anyone because they have super high turnover, so don't stress about the interview. If you wanna get the job, just say you're really competitive and love money.
