Account Executive
The process was super quick!!! I sent in my resume through a JobVite link and the very next day, I got a personal call from a recruiter in NYC. I guess the call was the next day because I submitted it late, around 8pm EST. I chatted with the HR rep for about 15-20 minutes. She mentioned that an HR rep in Scottsdale would reach out within 2 days to schedule an in-person interview! Just 5 hours later, I got that call and set up the interview for the next morning. This was on a Thursday morning, and I went in dressed sharp with a good attitude, and you know what? I started working the following Monday!!! Awesome experience!
- What is the most important thing in your life?
Account Executive
The process was efficient and quick. It involved a few meetings with the hiring manager and then the group manager, followed by a final pitch to a group of managers. It was a straightforward and very transparent process overall. The questions asked were standard and easy for a sales role.
- Can you sell us a product?
Account Executive
I was invited for a face to face interview and met with a manager. Then I was invited back to shadow and meet with the Director. The same role play was done in each interview. I was told I did a great job but wasn't offered the position. The whole process took three weeks.
- Tell me about your previous experience as an office manager.
