We were told during the interview that we should eat and drink while driving since no breaks are scheduled. We weren't shown the warehouse, the vans, or anything, even though we were at the warehouse office. We just sat in a room and completed some open-ended questions that didn't seem relevant, and the interviewer didn't even look at our answers. For about 30 minutes, while we were filling them out, he talked about his life story and Yodel's history. He then said I gave him a funny look when he mentioned working on Saturdays, which I didn't do.

I went to the Northampton SVC for an interview with the area manager and the HD manager. They asked me about my previous work experience and my motivation for this role. I was offered the job on the spot, and then arrangements were made for me to return to the SVC for PDA training.
