We were told during the interview that we should eat and drink while driving since no breaks are scheduled. We weren't shown the warehouse, the vans, or anything, even though we were at the warehouse office. We just sat in a room and completed some open-ended questions that didn't seem relevant, and the interviewer didn't even look at our answers. For about 30 minutes, while we were filling them out, he talked about his life story and Yodel's history. He then said I gave him a funny look when he mentioned working on Saturdays, which I didn't do.

I applied directly and the hiring assistant managed my application through the initial stages. They conducted a pre-interview assessment to gauge my suitability. Everyone I interacted with was really friendly. My score was about 78%, but they required 85% to move to the next stage. Even though I didn't advance, I received constructive feedback the same day from an HR assistant, based on the hiring manager's assessment. The company was accommodating, even scheduling an 8 am interview slot. I'll definitely use the feedback going forward, and I'd recommend them due to their professionalism.

I applied online via Total Jobs and got contacted within a few days. The Recruitment Advisor asked me a couple of things about my degree, why HR and other work experience. I was then asked if I could attend a group assessment the following week. In the group assessment we were all asked to introduce ourselves, answer a few questions and do a group task mainly testing our problem solving ability, communication skills and how we performed in a team. After this, half of us received a tour of the building and were introduced to the HR team and the other half had a more formal separate interview with 2 interviewers. I was then contacted later that day and was offered the position.

Applied through LinkedIn after seeing an ad, had a phone call with the hiring manager and then was invited for an in-person interview. The interview was with two managers from the team I would be joining. It was a friendly and pretty relaxed chat about my current job and why I wanted this role, then some questions about my past experiences. I got to ask questions about the job and felt like the interviewers were really open.
