Product Manager
Had 5 rounds total. Started with 1 screening, then a problem resolution round that was easy. After that, there were 3 more rounds where I spoke with 3 different people, and they all asked pretty much the same questions. It was a lengthy process because everyone's calendars were so packed. I actually thought it would have been more efficient to do 1 round with all 3 interviewers at once.
- What's your motivation for joining this company?
Product Manager
The interview process consisted of a couple of initial rounds with the head of product that I would be reporting to. These rounds were mostly behavioral to get a sense of my experience as a PM as well as which PM principals I follow. My final rounds consisted of ~4 hours split across 2 days, all of which were behavioral. I met with sales, engineering, product, UX, support as well as multiple VP/C-suite level employees. They gave plenty of time for me to ask questions as well and I definitely got a great sense of what it would be like to work at Yipit through the interview process.
- Can you share three core values that describe you?
Product Manager
Had a quick phone chat where they checked my background and asked me to introduce myself. They didn't dive deep into the job specifics, but we reviewed my resume and they asked about my previous work.
- Can you walk me through your experience in product development?
