First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at YETI.
Senior Manager
The interview process felt efficient and clear. There were four rounds of interviews, with the last one being onsite. However, the virtual interview rounds were changed, which I accommodated. After the last virtual interview, I followed up with the recruiter for feedback on next steps, but I didn't hear back. The next day, I saw the role reposted on LinkedIn.

Manager
I applied online and heard back for an interview in a couple of weeks. The recruiter was great during the interview, not robotic at all. She ended by saying she'd get me in front of the hiring manager and that they wanted to move fast. A week passed, and I followed up via email, but got no response. Two weeks, three weeks went by with no communication. A month later, I got an email saying they were going in a different direction. It was disappointing to have no communication and be left hanging after being told I'd meet the hiring manager. Don't bother asking for updates, you won't get them.

Global Supply Manager
The interview process felt a bit long, but it's pretty standard for other companies. I think the team really wants to make sure new hires align with the company's core values.
- Can you share your experience with global markets, given we're looking for someone with a global mindset?
