It was pretty simple. The third interview involved people who are actually doing the job and they asked whatever questions they wanted. It wasn't too stressful, so you didn't need to prepare a ton.

The whole process was a breeze, everyone was super nice and made me feel really comfortable. They were really open and honest, which is pretty rare. I started with a phone chat with Zoe, the Director of Talent at Yesware. Then, I had a second call with Carolyn, who leads their Customer Experience team. Both chats were really friendly and welcoming. My call even dropped with Zoe, and we had to reconnect after 10 minutes, but we still had a great chat and I got to move on. After that second screening, they let me know the same day that they wanted me to meet the rest of the team. We started with a tour of the office (loved that nap room!), the office is really great. The final interviews were separate 30-minute chats, back-to-back, with different folks from their customer success and engineering teams. This was mainly to see if I'd be a good cultural fit and to check my motivations since everyone was so welcoming and keen to talk. You gotta be eager to learn and have examples ready of stuff you've picked up recently. They were awesome at setting my expectations for the role, making sure it was really what I wanted. The whole thing took about 3 hours, and each interview felt more like a chat between normal people than a formal interview. They got back to me later that same day with an offer, which I happily accepted. So excited to join this awesome team!

The interview was a great experience. It started with a phone screening by the Director of Talent, followed by a second call with the Hiring Manager. Then, I was invited for a group onsite interview. The onsite began with an office tour, and it was clear the company values its employees with perks like free lunch, a yoga studio, a nap room, and a nice desk setup. I had a 30-minute chat with the VP of Customer Success, the Support Manager, a Customer Success Manager, the Engineering Manager, and a current Experience Specialist. The entire process felt very conversational, with each interviewer having their own approach. They expedited my process as I was at the later stages of hiring. It was a pleasure meeting the team.
