The interview process was pretty standard. There was just one interview, where I met with the Director of Nursing and the Health Services Administrator. They were really nice and the atmosphere was relaxed, not formal or anything. You can even wear scrubs, so no need to dress up like you might for other interviews. The hiring process itself was straightforward: complete a packet of paperwork, get the offer, and accept it.

The onboarding process took about 3-4 weeks. My hiring RN supervisor was great, but she resigned shortly after I started due to harassment from management (the HSA and Regional Mgr). She was experienced but didn't implement the new company changes quickly enough for them. After she left, three other staff members also resigned, leading to a staff shortage. Make sure to inquire about the professionalism of upper management, their tenure with the organization, and their support for front-line staff.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a pretty casual interview with the Assistant Director of Nursing. She was nice and answered my questions. The interview was super short, only a few minutes, but my questions took up the rest of the hour because the job description online was so brief and unclear, almost like a sales pitch. I felt a bit pushed to accept the job at the end.
