The interview process was pretty simple. Recruiters asked common questions about my years of experience and when I could start. The first interview was a phone call, and the second one was a video interview.

So after applying, there were two main stages. First, there was a phone call, and then the final stage was over teams. The recruiter from Yell was super nice and easy to talk to. The last interview on teams was with the managers for the job, and also two people who would be my colleagues, and they were all really friendly too. The whole thing felt pretty smooth, and they kept me updated regularly.

My interview with the recruitment team at Yell was really great. I was a bit nervous at first because I was excited about the chance to work for such a company, but when the interview started, the atmosphere was calm and relaxed. The interviewer didn't just jump into questions or talk about the company. It started with a 'tell me about yourself' approach, letting me talk about my interests, hobbies, and experiences. We ended up having a friendly, in-depth conversation about relatable topics, which made me feel much more at ease. I can already tell the teams at Yell are really friendly and approachable, so if you're interviewing with them, don't worry too much because they just want to welcome you into the Yell family.
