Sales Consultant
The interview process was really smooth and organized. The final interview stage was super detailed and gave me a lot of good info. Everyone I talked to was really helpful and professional, made the whole thing a pleasant experience.
- Describe your approach to handling potential clients over the phone, perhaps in a role-playing exercise.
Sales Consultant
First, you'll have a 30-minute phone call that's scheduled, so you know it's coming. Then, there are 5 online assessments you need to submit, plus you have to create and present a PowerPoint presentation on the day of your final interview. On that final interview day, you'll start by calling in and listening for an hour. After that, you'll do your first role-play, get feedback, and then do a second role-play. Finally, you'll present your PowerPoint and have a 1-on-1 interview. The whole thing takes about 3 hours, and you get to spend some time seeing the business environment.
- Can you tell me what you know about Yells' competitors in digital marketing?
Sales Consultant
The interview process was really straightforward. I had a phone interview, and then an in-person interview with the regional sales manager and the sales team leader. They mostly asked about my personal life, like what I enjoy doing on weekends, to make sure I wasn't out partying all the time.
- Can you tell me about your sales experience?
- What do you like to do on weekends?
- Do you party every weekend?
