The interview was pretty laid back, mostly just chatting. They asked a few things about my personality, how I work, and my general people skills. It was more about who I am as a person than my actual sales skills or experience, though they did touch on those topics too.

So I had a two stage interview process. I was aiming for an appointment setter role, but that wasn't really clear in the first interview. The second interviewer didn't even introduce himself; I only found out his name because it was on Microsoft Teams. During the second interview, they told me that on top of a target of three hours of daily talk time, I'd also have to find most of my own leads. The first interviewer kinda downplayed how many leads I'd need to find each day.

The interview was professional, relaxed, and positive overall. They asked a good set of challenging questions. I felt supported throughout. The hiring manager was friendly, and communication was great. My advice is to be honest, and if you don't know something, just say you're eager to learn.
