The interview journey at Yell was memorable and made me feel comfortable, allowing me to showcase my skills effectively. I received constructive feedback at each step, which I could then apply to improve in subsequent stages. The process began with a flexible online video interview, which I could complete at my own convenience in a comfortable setting. This was followed by a 30-minute phone interview, a GIA assessment, and a personality assessment. While the GIA was a bit challenging, it was also engaging. The final stage was a 3-hour session, divided into three parts: listening to calls to understand the role, a scenario-based roleplay, and a 1-on-1 interview focusing on past experiences and skills. I really enjoyed the final stage, making the entire experience beneficial.

I had a telephone interview that included a roleplay and competency questions. The interviewer made unnecessary comments and I felt she didn't value differences. Although she could see I clearly had the experience and I smashed the roleplay, she said I was very good, but in the end decided not to give the job out of spite.

Fantastic, made to feel very at ease & then was able to bring out the best of my skills to influence a positive decision, very friendly, great questioning techniques, explained the process and the next steps, clearly, I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a customer centric role & has the desire and ability to work hard, and reap the benefits, to apply here.
