Customer Service Representative
I had an in-person interview where we talked about my resume. Then, I did a practice phone call to see if I could handle talking on the phone. The interviewer was nice and told me what the job was all about.
- Can you walk me through your CV and explain why you're a good fit for this role?
Customer Service Agent
The process was so smooth, the interviewers made me feel at ease and comfortable answering questions. I also liked that at the different stages, I didn't have to wait long to hear back from them. I look forward to starting my journey at Yell.
- Can you explain how your existing skills and previous experience would be beneficial for this position at Yell?
Customer Service Representative
We started with an online application where I sent in my CV and a Supporting Letter. Then, there was a Teams interview. It included a 10-minute presentation I had to prepare beforehand on 'last month of Trust Pilot Reviews'. I did this with the recruiting manager and a supporting manager.
- Tell me about an achievement you're most proud of.
- Can you share an instance where you participated in a Customer Voice forum?
