Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at YDUQS.
Analyst
I had two interviews: one with HR and another with the area coordinator. Both went really well, no tricky questions like you see nowadays. After the two interviews, they sent a case study. I sent it on time and waited for their response.
- Tell me about yourself.
- What tools do you master?
Senior Analyst
Analyst
There were two stages. One with HR and another with the hiring manager. They were similar, asking about my experiences, areas for improvement, and qualifications. It all happened very quickly, within about 3 days. This was quite fast, which makes me think they were in high demand, giving a weird impression that the company lacks planning or that anyone would do, but the HR person and the manager treated me very well. I liked that the conversation was informal, making me feel very comfortable and welcomed.
- What are your qualification points?
- What are your points of improvement?
- What were your past experiences?
