& Process

The process was straightforward and simple. I had interviews with the coordination and management, both of which were very relaxed. The questions were to the point, mainly focusing on my previous experiences, education, and career path. There were no tests or complicated steps. The atmosphere was welcoming, which made me feel comfortable discussing my qualifications and expectations.

First interview was with HR, involving a personal presentation, about the company, and some HR-type questions: What project I was most proud of and why, tell me about a project where something went wrong and how I reacted / what I did about it, and one or two others I don't remember. In the technical phase, there was a live test in Figma, asking me to read some brand writing guidelines, analyze and apply/correct a fictional flow in about 40 minutes, and then present it. Afterwards, I was asked how I would measure the success of my changes, what metrics I would look at, etc.

The interview system is linked to the Gupy portal. After applying, I had 3 interviews: the first was with HR more generalized, then I was interviewed by my manager, and finally, the last interview was with the HR manager. The experience was good and the response was fast. The only downside is that I passed at the end of November but only started in January because the company has collective holidays in December. No problem, but I was excited to start soon.

Applied through Gupy, had an interview with HR and then with the managing area. The HR interview was straightforward. After that, an interview was scheduled with the manager. The manager was 20 minutes late, and when she finally joined, she could barely interview me because she was constantly interrupted. but, for her, this interview was enough to see that I wasn't a good fit for the company and I ended up being rejected.
