The hiring process usually starts with a review of your resume. After that, there's a technical test, and then maybe one or more interviews. They're checking your technical skills, how you solve problems, your communication style, and if you'd be a good fit for the team. They decide on the final candidate based on how well you did overall and if you seem like the right person for the job.

Worst interview experience ever. I applied for a walk-in at Pune Hinjewadi. Waited 2 hours for the first round. The interviewer asked basic and advanced Java questions. Then I was told to wait for feedback. I kept asking the HR for feedback every half hour, but he kept saying 'wait for 5 minutes.' After 3 hours, he told me to leave because I didn't clear the first round. I wasted my time and lost other opportunities because of this. Only go for Yash Technology interviews if you don't have other schedules.
