The interview process included a group discussion (GD) at the Pune office, followed by pre-HR screening, a technical round, and a managerial round. They primarily focus on technical aspects, with most questions drawn from Java, SQL, and your projects. The managerial round also involved in-depth questions about SQL queries and projects, asking about the 'why' and 'how'.
- What is your tech stack and how flexible are you with it?

.NET Developer
I got to Yardi at 8:45 am on Jan 10th, 2020. They had an aptitude round with general and technical questions, which I passed. Then, I was given a .NET aptitude test that I also passed. After that, I had to write an essay on a given topic. Following that, I went through an HR round, which I cleared. Then, there was a technical round. Finally, a senior manager conducted the last round, and I did well in it. My interview finished at 6:00 pm. I still haven't heard back, and I'm not sure why.
- Technical questions were asked.
