I saw this job opening for a while and applied on their website but didn't hear back. I reached out to a recruiter about my application status, and then got a phone screen with them. A week later, I had an interview with two team leads. After waiting another week with no response from the recruiter about the decision or next steps, I had to follow up again. It'd be great if they could at least let people know they didn't get the job via email.

There were three rounds and one assessment. I had two interviews, did an assessment, then a follow-up interview after that, where they gave their feedback. The interview consisted of different formats such as rating your skill-level on certain software. The assessment was an exercise looking through one of their RentCafe websites and identifying the errors within it
