Overall experience was good, but their shortlisting and HR were the worst. I was invited by a consultancy HR partner to interview at the office. I went and spent the whole day going through rounds: 1. Aptitude and SQL MCQ test online. 2. Practical SQL Query test in the office. 3. HR Round. 4. Technical Round. 5. Managerial Round. After all that, they told me to leave and they'd inform the consultancy HR. I followed up with HR, and they kept saying feedback was pending. After waiting 2-3 weeks, I found out I was put on hold, and the company HR said they'd contact me, but they never did.

I interviewed at Yardi Systems for a .NET Developer role. It was an off-campus process with three rounds. First, there was a Pre-HR screening test with aptitude questions, C#/.NET MCQs, and a couple of coding problems on basic logic like palindromes and arrays. If you passed that, you moved to a technical interview. They asked about OOPs concepts, C# basics (delegates, interfaces), SQL joins, and wanted me to explain my academic project. There was also a small coding scenario to solve. The last round was an HR round, just a chat about my background, if I was willing to relocate, and why I wanted to join Yardi.

I was first contacted by a consultant for this SQL Developer role. The interview process kicked off with a written Aptitude round, where several candidates were sent home. Next, there was a written SQL query round with some complex questions, which also led to many candidates being eliminated. Following that was a Pre-HR round, where I discussed the job role and expected salary with HR and had a basic communication skills test. Then came a technical round with a panel of two senior resources from Yardi, who asked about my experience with technologies and posed many complex query questions. After this, only a few candidates moved on to a second technical round with the Team Lead. This round included both technical and managerial questions, and based on their needs, they shortlisted a handful for the final manager round. In this final round with the project manager, there were no technical questions, just basic scenario-based questions like how I would handle different situations. Once the manager approved, the final HR discussion happened, where a non-negotiable offer was made. If accepted, the candidate was selected. Usually, all these rounds happen in a single day, so be prepared for an intense day.
