Customer Service Representative
The hiring process was nice. It involved two interviews: a quick 10-minute phone call and then a longer hour-long interview with the department manager. Although there was a delay in reviewing my application, things moved quickly after the callback.
- How do you handle feedback?
Customer Service Representative
Started with an online test from home which included apti (logical, verbal, OS, networking, DBMS, SQL) followed by a pre-hr round to check communication skills and confidence through introduction and project discussion. Then there were two tech interviews: the first one covered basic concepts, and the second one went a little deeper. Finally, a hr round for salary and joining date discussion. It was a really good panel for the interview.
- Tell me about past projects you've worked on.
- Can you explain your understanding of Java concepts?
- What do you know about SQL?
Customer Service Representative
The hiring process was smooth overall. It started with phone calls and then moved to on-site interviews. The people I met on-site and spoke with on the phone were very pleasant. There was a one-week delay in the process due to a mix-up with head counting and the number of available positions, but aside from that, it was a great experience.
