It was a pretty easy interview but the person interviewing me told me they weren't really hiring for the position I was hoping to be hired for so I felt like I wasted my time. She said I'd be contacted within 48 hours but I'm sure I won't hear anything back.

The whole process took about a month. I applied in late November and got called for an in-person interview about a week later with my potential manager. That interview went pretty well and was easy. I was then considered for the role right away. After that, I had to go through a drug test and a pee screening for the gaming license. (Just a heads-up, the gaming license costs $70, and you need to have decent credit and no undisclosed criminal history. It's best to be honest because they'll likely find out anyway.) Once all that was completed, they sent an email if I was hired, and then I had to go back to the gaming commission to finalize the gaming license.

It took a long time, about 2 months, to finish the whole interview and get the casino gaming license. I had to pay 65$ for them to do a background check, and I had to pay it whether I passed or not. They looked at my credit score, my schooling, my grades, and my Facebook. I was interviewed at least 3 times just for the gaming license. The first interview was a practical test to see if I could cook a good steak and properly cut up different fruits and veggies.
