Bartender
It took a long time to even get an interview, but it was totally worth it because the interviews are super organized. Just make sure you make eye contact and seem confident. They're looking for people who are professional and enthusiastic. They also care a lot about team morale and punctuality, more so recently.

Front Desk Manager
The company is really well organized and professional. The team works together great and it's a positive environment. The Operations Manager was super nice and made it a good experience. I'd recommend this place if you want a supportive workplace that values employees.
- What is your previous experience?
- Can you tell me about your team management skills and background?
Table Games Dealer
You have a normal interview with HR or management from your department, then you must go through the gaming commission. This process can be intense. It has taken up to 4 months for many people to pass gaming, and then they make you pass a background check and questioning process every 2 years. During this initial gaming interview they ask about bankruptcies, foreclosure, credit, 15 years residence history, dates you started and left jobs (if you are a few months off they act like you are hiding something). They make you describe in-depth every tattoo on your body, even if the tattoos will never be visible. They wrote down every word of one of my tattoos (song lyrics) even though it is on my hip and won't be visible at work. They asked about the song's musician and what kind of music it is. It felt violating. Oh, and get ready to be bullied every 2 years by their gaming officers when they renew your badge. One officer asked me if I had prostitution and drug charges on my record and treated me like I was a lying criminal, even though he could clearly see that the person's criminal record he had pulled up was not me! They have a superiority complex and don't understand federal laws on how to communicate with employees. This place feels like they can treat you however they want because they are tribal.

- Have you ever had a home foreclosed on?

Human Resources
It was a really terrible experience. The recruiter was so unprofessional and didn't even know how to properly send emails or book meetings. I applied online and got a call from the recruiter weeks later. After that initial screening call, I was supposed to talk to the hiring manager. They scheduled it, but the hiring manager called me 45 minutes late and still expected to have the conversation, acting like their time was way more important. When I asked the recruiter to reschedule, she just said they didn't have time for me because the hiring manager was too busy. I never got past the first screening because the recruiter couldn't even handle scheduling phone calls.
