Customer Success Manager
The interview process with FieldEdge was really smooth and professional. I talked to about 4 people from the company, and they were all friendly and made me feel comfortable. They answered all my questions, and by the end, I was super excited and hopeful about the job. It was a great experience!
- Can you share an example of a time you delivered outstanding customer service?
Customer Success Manager
It was a really interesting interview process with lots of people to talk to, both on the phone and in person. Started with an HR call that was pretty helpful, mostly talking about the company, the vibe, and the kind of person they're after. After the phone chats, I went to the FieldEdge office for in-person meetings with the management team. They asked some pretty deep questions about my background, how I've performed before, and why I'm the best choice. There were some tricky brain teasers thrown in, but it felt like a worthwhile interview where I got to ask a bunch of questions too, to see if this was a good fit for me and for them. All in all, it was a good experience that gave both FieldEdge and me the clarity needed to be sure this would be a good match.
- In your opinion, where should your career be headed in the next 5-10 years?
- Could you explain how your background makes you a fit for a Customer Success Manager role, distinguishing it from a customer service role?
- Can you share an instance where a project you worked on didn't go as planned, and detail how you handled or bounced back from it?
Customer Success Manager
First, there was a phone screen, then a couple of in-person meetings with a VP and other executives. The questions were pretty straightforward, and it felt more like they were assessing enthusiasm rather than concrete answers.
