The interview has 5 stages: recruiter, HR, technical, Manager, and Partner. After the fourth stage, they said I'd need to wait for the partner's schedule, but that I would be contacted. This contact never happened, and the rejection email was terrible. It said I wasn't qualified, even though I had certificates and proved my qualifications in the technical interview.

This was definitely one of the best hiring processes I've been through. The process was extremely humanized, and I felt heard in all 4 interview stages. The interviewers showed great interest in my background and challenges, and my time was valued and respected. I had an interview with HR, one with two managers, a technical interview with a senior developer and a manager, and a cultural fit interview with a 'bar raiser,' who is an XP partner. The whole process took about a month.

The process was really cool, everyone was super attentive and made me feel really comfortable sharing my experiences and asking questions. I applied for one role and was contacted on LinkedIn a few days later for another, so I had already done the online tests. After those tests, I had an interview with HR/Recruiter. Then, I received a technical test and had a few days to complete it. Once I submitted it, they scheduled a technical interview with the team lead and some team members. Following the technical interview, I had an interview with one of the XP partners, and finally, I had an Offer meeting.
