First, there were 3 online tests: logic, cultural fit, work style, and situational. They were all very simple. Then, there were two interviews. The first one was more about my knowledge regarding the company's values and why I wanted to be there. It included one question about financial market current events. The second interview was more about how I would react in certain situations and what I expected from the company. There were also some technical questions about macroeconomics, specifically about interest rates and their effect on prices. It also asked about aggregate demand and how it would impact investments. It was an easy interview if you know the basics of macro. It's very important to be up-to-date with it.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a dynamic group activity with two interviewers who were area supervisors. They asked objective and clear questions. It's very difficult for those who aren't prepared, both in terms of sales skills and investment knowledge. But it's very important for development.
