My process was basic and fast, it took only a week and I got feedback within 48 hours after the test. I dreamed of joining this company, but they gave me a test on HackerRank, a platform for testing developers on Python and SQL. They just put in the email description, 'don't worry', we use this test for any position, so they didn't make it clear that my test had nothing to do with system development. I studied SQL for 12 hours, trying to learn quickly so as not to miss the opportunity of my life. In the end, the test was just general knowledge. Today I received my feedback and what I tell you who want to try is to study a little bit of everything. And for XP, be clear about what the test is for, people's lives sometimes depend on your 'yes'.
