The process was well organized and went by pretty fast. It started with an HR screening to check my background, what I'm looking for career-wise, and basic knowledge. Then, I had a technical interview with a manager from the area, where they dug into my data analysis skills, knowledge of the financial market, and problem-solving abilities. Finally, there was a chat with a more senior leader focused on cultural fit, company values, and how I'd handle pressure and goals.
