Behavioral Presentation Case

First interview day = screening (2 interviewers): introduce yourself, talk about your goals, professional background etc and learn more about the area, role and related topics... If it makes sense they'll schedule the next interview to present a case. Second day = present the case (another 2 interviewers). They give you a fictional portfolio and ask you to simulate a client meeting, talk about the macro scenario, make necessary changes explaining the reason for selling or buying each asset, and include at least 1 structure, you need to use ppt or Canva. At the end of the presentation they'll ask questions about the structures and scenario.

First, I had an interview with HR, who gave me a brief overview of the role and the company, but not much more detail. When they called me, they mentioned it was for a more senior position, but by the end, they said it was actually for a different role. Afterward, they directed me to an interview with the direct manager for the position, who discussed the challenges, though a bit differently than what was mentioned in the initial HR interview. Then, they referred me for an interview with another analyst from the team.

I went through two interviews, although the content was a bit different between them (the first one sought to know my technical knowledge and limitations and the second focused on work culture), both had the idea at their core that working at XP requires dedication, study, and a lot of willingness to produce.
