First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Xoriant.
Test Automation Engineer
I had a really bad experience interviewing with Xoriant. They kept rescheduling my interviews, which was a waste of time. Sometimes the panel wasn't available, and other times they wouldn't even join the call. Originally, there were only two interview rounds, and I passed both. But then they told me they needed one more round, which again depended on the panel's availability.
- Can you explain Selenium?
- What are Java Collections?
- Tell me about OOPs concepts.
QA Automation Engineer
So I had 3 rounds of interviews on the same day. First was L1 Technical, covering java concepts, collections, basic algorithms, and basic selenium. Then L2 Technical, which was less technical and more focused on process and testing methodologies. After that, a Managerial round. A few days later, I got a call about a client interview. HR then asked for my salary slips and bank statement. It's been over two months, and I'm still waiting for the client interview schedule. It's a pretty bad experience; if you're not sure about making an offer, you shouldn't be asking for confidential documents.
- What are the OOPS concepts in Java?
- Tell me about collections in Java.
- Can you explain basic algorithms?
Automation Tester
It was an online interview process. The first round focused on Selenium, and the second round involved Java coding. I didn't get through the second round. I asked for feedback on my performance, and they provided it, which I'm now focusing on.
- What is your total experience in automation testing?
