Business Analyst
The process was standard, but the recruiter lacked transparency, made false promises, and didn't communicate, which made me question their high Glassdoor ratings. It started with an HR call to discuss my experience and salary expectations. They promised to match my expectations, so I proceeded. After some long discussions, I had to rewrite my CV in their format, which took 3-4 hours. Suddenly, the HR person said they couldn't offer what was promised and asked if I would accept less. I agreed, asking if that was final. Then another discussion happened. He called again, saying they couldn't pay that much and asked if I could accept a bit less. I agreed again out of desperation for a job. After I accepted, the HR person disappeared, not answering calls or messages. After a few days, he finally responded, apologizing that the position was closed, making me feel like I was just led on. I'd rather not be invited to an interview than go through this again.

Lead Business Analyst
The interview process had 2 rounds, mostly technical. The first round was pretty easy, but the second round was with a senior person so you need to be careful answering. They really focus on client requirements, so the questions asked will depend on that.
- Can you start by telling me about yourself and your previous work experiences?
- What is your experience with SQL queries and joins?
- Do you have knowledge of investment banking basis questions?
Business Systems Analyst
It was good. They had two phone rounds, and then three in-person interviews. They were assessing not just technical expertise, but also passion for the role, overall experience, and if I'd be a good fit.
- What is your motivation for joining Xoriant?
