The company seems to be cool and the position quite nice, but the process was unclear and it wasn't revealed next steps. The person responsible for hiring left the company after interviewing, so I guess I got lost or something.

The hiring process was straightforward and pleasant. The initial HR interactions were polite, and the overall procedure is fine. The managers interviewing seem very skilled. It's worth a shot, especially for candidates who speak Russian. Compensation is competitive with the market. The office is located near Munich, though not directly in the city center.
