Project Manager
Recruiter reached out to me 2 weeks after applying. Then I answered form questions and had phone interviews about current job responsibilities and salary requirements. After 3 phone interviews with the recruiter and hiring manager, I was brought in for a one-person interview with 3 resources I would be working with. This was to check team chemistry and have q&a sessions. 3 days after the in-person interview, there was a follow-up call with the hiring manager to connect and address any unanswered questions. 2 days after that, the recruiter began negotiations, which led to an offer letter while background checks started.
- Can you share an instance where you didn't meet expectations and had to account for it? Please describe in detail how you rectified the situation.
Project Manager
I had a phone interview that went well. Then the recruiter called me the next day and gave me a verbal offer. I'm still waiting for my offer letter to be emailed since they said they don't send it via overnight mail, and it's been ten days since the verbal offer. The recruiter isn't responding to my follow-up emails about updates. It's been ten days since the verbal offer was made, and I'm still waiting for the new hire paperwork, as they told me they do not send it via overnight mail.
- Can you describe some project management cases you have managed?
Program Assistant
The hiring process isn't consistent and can take up to two months. After you finish the process, you might be disappointed because the recruiter will call you to say they can't guarantee a start date and suggest you look for other jobs.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Could you answer some technical questions?
- Can you share some of your experiences?
