First, I sent in an application with some set questions. Then, I had to do some online tests. After that, there was an assessment centre which included interviews with teams that were interested in me. It was a pretty standard interview setup. I liked that it was all done in one day, instead of having to come back for more interviews, but this was just for a placement.

I had 3 phone interviews. The first was with the recruiter, the second with the VP of operations, and the third with a peer who would be doing the same job as me. They all gave me an overview of the job. The last interview with the peer, there were more specific industry questions related to accounting. I had to give more examples of my roles at my current company.

After submitting my CV and Cover Letter, I was invited to complete some tests, including numerical and logical thinking assessments. Following a further review of my CV, I was shortlisted. The next stage was an Assessment Centre, which involved six interviews for seven different roles and a group task. I received the job offer the day after the assessment centre, and then the usual formalities like background checks, references, and a criminal record check were completed.
