The interview process went great. The interviewers were really friendly, went over everything I asked, and answered all my questions. They asked relevant questions pertaining to the job and gave me the option to use personal or professional scenarios.

I was contacted by the talent acquisition recruiter team member over email and then had an interview over the phone with the recruiter. 5 days later, I was scheduled for an in-person interview on-site with one of the team lead hiring managers. The interview itself was straightforward, with direct structured questions. The manager was very friendly and encouraged interaction and reflection on other work experiences. When I was first contacted by phone and email by the recruiter, he wasn't so clear about the scope and nature of the job and didn't give more details on what sector/product of customer services. But when I was interviewed in person with the hiring manager, I was given more details and scope and examples of the job.

My first interview went great. The person was nice, gave me a lot of info about the schedule, pay (during and after training), and the equipment they'd send. She said she was impressed with my answers and the whole interview. We then set up a second interview with the hiring manager for the next day. The second person was nice, but gave completely different info about the schedule, pay, and benefits, like it was a different job. At the end, she said it went well and the first person would call in 2-3 hours about the rest of the application process. I waited all day and didn't hear anything. The next morning, I emailed asking about the next steps and my schedule because I had to set appointments. That was it! No one ever contacted me again, not even a rejection. I thought that was really rude. I figured if they were that inconsistent, I wouldn't want to work there anyway, especially working from home. I could imagine them putting me through a lot, maybe even two different trainings. I think I'm better off finding another work-from-home job.
