Behavioral Case

The interview process involved meeting with 5 sales and regional leaders. Most questions were about my experience tackling sales operations and sales effectiveness issues. Since the company had problems with cross-team collaboration and sales reporting, we talked a lot about those. It started in January and took more than two months to get through the senior leaders, mostly via phone. Background checks and HR stuff also caused delays. They set hire dates in advance, so several people started on the same day.

The first interview was a bit rough, but I managed to get to the next round. The second interview seemed to go well, and the interviewer seemed interested. But after two weeks, I heard back that they weren't moving forward with my application.

Had a 30-minute unscheduled phone call. They asked a lot of questions about my motivation and experience. I got an email saying I was unsuccessful. It left me with a neutral impression because it wasn't very in-depth and they didn't share much info about the role or company.
