I found the job online and applied that way. They got back to me and we had an initial phone chat about me and why I wanted to work there. It was pretty straightforward, but it felt like the interviewer hadn't read my resume. Then I had to do a video interview where I recorded myself answering questions so they could check out my speaking style and if I get nervous. Lastly, I went on-site for a final interview where five different people interviewed me separately using behavioral type questions.

After applying online, I had a pre-phone screening, then I had to complete a sales aptitude test. Following that, there was a face-to-face interview that included role-playing scenarios. I was offered the job on the spot after I passed the sales role play. Note that the process can differ depending on the sales agency you choose to work with.
