The interview was a zoom meeting. The interviewer asked about personal questions, some of which I haven't mentioned on my resume yet. They sent a link, and I could choose the date and time that worked best for me. I even rescheduled it because of a scheduling conflict.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews. The first one was with an Ops Associate, and it was super short, like under 5 minutes. Then I had a 20-minute chat with the manager. The final round was with the Director of Operation and lasted about an hour. All the interviews were pretty smooth and communicative, and it wasn't too difficult.
