The interview was a zoom meeting. The interviewer asked about personal questions, some of which I haven't mentioned on my resume yet. They sent a link, and I could choose the date and time that worked best for me. I even rescheduled it because of a scheduling conflict.
- Even though you graduated from a medical-related field, would you be okay with working with numbers?
Recruiter
I went through 3 rounds of interviews. The first one was with an Ops Associate, and it was super short, like under 5 minutes. Then I had a 20-minute chat with the manager. The final round was with the Director of Operation and lasted about an hour. All the interviews were pretty smooth and communicative, and it wasn't too difficult.
- What makes you stand out compared to other applicants?
Recruiter
We had to take a GMAT-type test first. Then I talked with the COO and CEO. I also got a tour of where I might be working. Everyone was nice, but they seemed unhappy, like they were chained to their desks and didn't get benefits. We managed to make it work, though.
- What would you do if a CRNA sounded like they were slurring their words on a call?
