The interview process started with an initial Excel test focusing on basic data error checking and Vlookups. Following that, there was a brief 15-minute HR chat to get a general sense of who you are and make a good impression. Then, a 1-hour session with the hiring manager, which included reviewing and discussing the first Excel test. A second, more extensive Excel test followed, involving data cleaning, sorting, and formatting. The process concluded with a 2-hour final interview involving 5-6 people, where half the time was dedicated to going over the second Excel test solution and related Q&A, and the remaining time was spent on behavioral questions.

The whole recruitment journey spanned about two months and included three interviews along with two assignments. The interviewers were awesome! They made me feel comfortable and actually enjoy the whole thing. The assignments were super interesting and gave me a good feel for what the job actually entails day-to-day. I also really learned from the feedback they shared on my assignments during the last couple of interviews. All in all, it was a great experience!

I applied in April 2022 and got an invitation for the 1st round with the reporting manager on June 17. I interviewed and it was great. Then I waited for the update on the next round but got nothing. I followed up like 5-6 times but still no reply. It's Aug 28th and I am still waiting for the update whether I am moving to the 2nd round or got rejected. HR team has no courtesy to provide an update after so many follow-ups. It was really a bad experience.
