The interview process was quick and went smoothly. I had two interviews: one with the TA Manager and then another with the HR director. The first call was 15 minutes long, and after that, the TA Manager set up another 30-minute call with me.

Behavioral Presentation

It's mainly a two-round interview process. The first call is with the manager or a senior recruiter, where we talk about your ambitions, background, and cultural fit. Then, in the second call, you'll discuss the assessment you're given with the recruitment manager and another senior recruiter. If everything goes well, you'll receive an offer and we'll finalize the agreement.

Behavioral Technical

Worst experience in the interview co-ordination and lack of transparency. I was offered in the company for the designation of Sr. Consultant but I declined to join because there was a lot of communication gap between the recruiter and the management. I never received a clarity on basic pointers such as appraisal cycle being followed in the company, my reporting manager, benefits and perks other than fixed salary. I found them always bluffing on their process and policies.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you explain the basic pointers of the recruitment lifecycle?
  • What skills do you possess for recruitment?
  • What are your areas of expertise when handling requirements?
