So I cleared 3 rounds and was supposed to get an offer according to the recruiter. But then I got ghosted, even after I tried to reach out via email and LinkedIn. Super unprofessional by the recruiter and the company. Honestly, don't waste your time... The technical interview involved explaining a lot of React concepts and answering a bunch of JavaScript trivia questions.

First, I had a quick chat with Victoria to go over my background. Then, I met with Juan Valencia and Noel Markham for a more technical discussion. The final step was an interview with Carmel and Francisco Díaz where we talked more about the project details.

It was a pretty long interview process. First, I had a phone call on Feb 22nd, which went well with some good questions. About a month later, they sent me an assignment to complete, which I finished and sent back in 2-3 business days. Then, a week after submitting, I had an in-person interview where they looked at my code. I thought I did great on that part. But soon after, HR told me it wasn't a good result. I was confused because they didn't seem to review the code before bringing me in, and even though I answered everything and performed well, they let me go. It was a bummer because it took so much time and I didn't get clear feedback.
