Consultant
This whole hiring process felt pretty strange. I got a call from HR to set up a screening, and they said an email invite would be sent later, but it never came. The screening itself was a quick call, about 15-20 minutes. After that, I heard nothing back. All communication was strictly by phone; there were no confirmation emails, no scheduling emails, and no follow-up emails at any point, which made me think it might be a scam.

Consultant
The interview process was frustrating. After the recruiter call, I got an assignment. Communication was inconsistent and I had to follow up to advance. The final round was a client round with the Netherlands team. They gave another assignment that took 8-10 hours to complete. I didn't get constructive feedback on my assignments, with vague responses about unspecified standards.
- They gave me 2 projects.
Principal Consultant
Got a call from Xebia's HR who told me about the company, its offerings, and the role. This initial chat was great and made me consider a service company instead of a product one. Then, there was a technical test on Hacker Earth with 50 questions. After that, I had two technical discussions with Xebians, followed by a final technical round with the CTO. Lastly, an HR round, and Xebia extended an offer within two days. The whole process wrapped up in under two weeks and was really positive, with good insights into the company during the interviews.
