Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Xaxis.

Applied online. Got contacted by HR a week later to schedule a phone interview. The process afterwards was rude. Replied quickly with availability, but no response for a week. Followed up twice, still no response. Two weeks after first contact, got an email to schedule a phone interview for the next day. The interview itself was about my experience and why Xaxis. The recruiter was polite and said I'd hear back in two days. Right after hanging up, received an automated rejection email. Asked the recruiter about it, and she told me to ignore it and she'd contact me in two days. Two weeks have passed since then, and I still haven't heard back, even after emailing them.

It started with an HR phone screen, then we had two rounds of on-site interviews. I talked to people from different functional teams. Mostly questions were about cultural fit, my interests, and how my experience matches the role, plus some technical questions on marketing and business analytics.
- Tell me about your cultural fit and interest in this role.
- How does your experience fit with the requirements of this role?
- Can you answer some technical questions regarding marketing analytics?

It was a really fast process. First, I had a phone screen, then right after that another phone screen. And then they asked me to come in for an in-person interview with some of the hiring managers.
- Can you introduce yourself?
