I got two calls for an interview. They rejected me without any feedback, and I didn't even get to ask for it. I didn't apply myself for either of these, and I was only told about them a few hours before.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • When the interviewer manipulates the questions to make them easier for you to answer, and then makes excuses that it was their fault, how do you handle that situation?
  • Even when the interviewer manipulates the questions to make them easier for you to answer, and excuses it as their fault, you still have to bear the cost of rejection. How do you deal with this?

Got an invite on LinkedIn from Xavor's HR head. I accepted, and HR called. We talked about my experience, education, reasons for leaving, and salary expectations. HR also gave a quick rundown of the job and company. Then, I got an email for a phone interview. A few days later, I got an office interview invite with their director and VP after passing the phone screen. A few days after that, HR called to say I got hired and sent an offer letter, which I acknowledged.

After almost a month from my campus recruitment test, I was called for an interview. I had a long technical interview and then an HR interview. After that, the General Manager interviewed me. He asked about my final year project and what I see myself doing in the future. He also asked if I had applied to other companies and why I wanted to join Xavor.
