It was a straightforward initial interview with the hiring manager, followed by a one-on-one with the SDR Manager, and also an interview with a current SDR. It was efficient and helpful to ask a current SDR questions around the role.

The whole hiring process was really quick. They were super transparent about everything. First, there was one chat with the recruiter, and then a second, longer interview with the SDR manager, the head of lead gen, and a senior SDR. Even though the second interview is long, it felt like it went by really fast.

Behavioral Presentation

I had an initial phone screen, then a longer call with the recruiter, and an in-person meeting with the manager. I was actually given an offer before coming in, but they wanted me to interview again with two sales managers to pitch the product once a position opened up after EOQ. When it did open, communication was poor and they ended up looking internally instead, as the recruiter told me. Why even bring me in and say you'd like me to come in for the final round once a position opened but not follow through? It was a waste of my time and felt disrespectful. Overall, the company seems to have a great product that helps sales teams be more efficient.
