So I interviewed for a Senior QA role at [Company Name] and honestly, the whole thing was a mess. Took me 1.5 hours to get there, then another 2 hours waiting before they even started the interview. The interview itself was pretty standard and lasted over an hour. I thought I did okay and was expecting to go straight into the next round that same day. But nope, after it was done, HR just told me they'd let me know later and I could go home. Maybe they found someone, who knows, but it was super weird not to get any update at all. I emailed them, still nothing. Super unprofessional, everyone deserves to know if they got the job or not. It's funny, they called me like every day before, but after, radio silence, not even an automated rejection. My advice? If it's an in-person thing, make sure you clear the first rounds virtually first so you don't waste all that travel time. I wouldn't recommend this.

I applied through Glassdoor and the whole interview process took about two weeks. Noorain Sultana was my point of contact and made the process really smooth. It started with an online test, then moved on to a technical round, and finally a managerial round.

So I had 3 video calls and then two online tests, one personality and one comprehension. The first call was with a technical recruiter, we just talked about my experience and some company stuff. After that, I got a two-part online test, personality and comprehension, that took about an hour. The next day, I had to do a second test while on a video call with the recruiter to make sure it was me doing it. Once that was done, the recruiter set up the second interview. That one was with the US QE Manager, and we talked about general QA stuff and some technical things. The third interview was with a Senior QE, and it was way more technical. After that, the recruiter called me with an offer. Before I accepted, I got to go to the office and meet some of the team.
