I had a phone screen, then an interview with a VP. After that, the recruiter ghosted me and ignored my emails asking to schedule the next round, even though Xactly said they were excited to move me forward quickly. It's fine if I didn't pass, but they should have just communicated that professionally instead of lying about next steps and ignoring emails. It's especially bad because the recruiter headhunted me when I wasn't even looking. Seriously unimpressed with the lack of professionalism. Total waste of time.

Applied online, had a quick chat with HR, then talked to the hiring manager. It was pretty smooth overall. After talking to the hiring manager, the recruiter told me I was moving on to another interview with the VP of sales and then a panel, but then I never heard back from Xactly.

The interview process was really smooth and clear. A recruiter from Xactly, Noah Kaufman, called me to set up an online math and logic test. After that, I had a 1-on-1 interview to talk about the next steps and answer some basic technical questions. Then, I had a technical round over Zoom, which was also very straightforward. They asked me to solve technical problems live and gave me the results quickly. Noah handled everything really fast, which is different from most companies. After passing the technical round, I had an onsite interview that was mostly behavioral to see how I'd fit into the company culture. Big thanks to Noah for keeping in touch and making the whole process so quick and transparent. I accepted the offer.
